Yes, we do but the pricing would be different from our pricing plans. We will always talk to you and understand your needs before suggesting the best solution to you.

Usually it will take 3-7 days depending on the complexity of the project. We will start the project once we have gathered sufficient information from you.

Yes. All Insert Token websites are built with SEO best practices in mind, so your site is optimized for search engines from the start.  All our plans includes advanced SEO services such as Keyword research tailored to your business, Meta tag and on-page SEO optimization, Content structure improvements for better readability, and Mobile performance optimization. 

We require a 50% deposit before the project begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final delivery.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your booking and covers the initial project preparation and design work. However, if we are unable to complete the project due to reasons on our side, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Yes, we are charging 

  • Basic: RM800/year

  • Business: RM1,000/year

  • E-commerce: RM1,200-RM1,500/year

    The first year is on us.

  • Hosting
  • Regular plugin/theme updates (for WordPress) or platform monitoring (for Shopify)

  • Security checks and basic performance optimization

  • Backup scheduling

  • Minor bug fixes

  • Small content updates (e.g., text or image replacement — up to 6 per year)

Yes, additional revisions will cost RM120/revision. Full revision will be listed on the price list.

 

Once the project is fully paid, the website design and content belong to you. If your site is hosted on Insert Token’s servers as part of our maintenance plan, we manage the hosting environment for you. You’re free to migrate to your own hosting provider at any time — we’ll assist with the transfer for a small migration fee.
